From the pink city
to the whole world
I'm Vivek Sharma — born and raised in Jaipur, Rajasthan, the Pink City of India. Growing up, I had big ambitions. I worked hard, put in the hours, and in 2018 qualified as a Chartered Accountant — one of the toughest professional exams in the world.
The ink on my CA certificate was barely dry when an opportunity landed — a finance role in Sharjah, UAE. I grabbed it without hesitation. That decision changed everything. I've since grown into a Finance Manager and Head of Department, switched to Dubai in 2023, and built a career I'm genuinely proud of.
But here's the thing nobody tells you about working hard — the reward isn't just the paycheck. It's earning the right to switch off, pack a bag, and go. And that's exactly what I do.
How it all happened
Met Saloni
The year everything got better. I met Saloni — and we've been inseparable ever since. She's not just my partner in life, she's my travel partner, my co-pilot, my reason to keep exploring. Ten years of adventures before we even said "I do."
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant — moved to the UAE
Cleared my CA exams and immediately landed a finance role in Sharjah, UAE. Packed my bags, left Jaipur, and started building a new life in the Gulf. The grind was real — but so was the growth.
First European adventure — Greece & Paris
When the world opened back up, I went with friends to Greece and Paris. My first European cities. Standing at the Eiffel Tower, wandering the Santorini cliffs — something clicked. This is what I want more of. The mission to explore the world was born.
Married Saloni — Honeymoon in Italy & Switzerland
2023 was the big year. Married my best friend, moved to Dubai, and took our dream honeymoon to Italy and Switzerland. Walking the streets of Rome, floating in a Gondola in Venice, lost in the beauty of the Swiss Alps — we both fell completely in love with travelling together. We've been unstoppable ever since.
WalkingTalkingCA is born
My love for cinema, storytelling, and gadgets collided with my love for travel. I picked up the camera and started documenting our life — not for followers, but for us. The name says it all: Walking (travel), Talking (vlogging), CA (who I am). Every reel, every post, every vlog is a page in our diary.

I give 200% at work — so that I genuinely deserve that time off. So that when I book a flight, I've earned it. The goal isn't to escape life. It's to build a life so full that you need a camera just to keep up with it.
I document our travels for us first — so one day Saloni and I can sit together and relive every mountain, every meal, every mishap. But if our story inspires even one person to book that trip, step out of their comfort zone, and go experience something new — that makes it all worth it.
Near or far. Planned or spontaneous. Short weekend or long holiday. Just go. Experience. Live.
Meet Saloni
Every great adventure needs the right co-pilot. Saloni is mine. We met in 2013 and have been figuring out the world together ever since. She brings the patience I sometimes lack, the eye for beauty I occasionally miss, and the willingness to try the local food even when neither of us knows what it is.
From our honeymoon in Italy and Switzerland to cruising the Arctic, from getting our car towed in Belgium to watching the Northern Lights in silence — every single memory is better because she's in it.
